Santa!!

Today our LGSC went to the mall to go visit Santa! Our kids did a pretty awesome job waiting in line... Will only escaped across the mall 5 or so times... and they also did a great job of sitting on Santa's lap! There was some crying, and some apprehension, but all in all, I think they did pretty darn good. Will was a little ify at first with Santa and would only give him a high five. But I decided to just go for it and sit him on his lap and see what happened... he freaked at first, but once Santa gave him a little toy and a candy cane, he decided that this Santa character was ok with him. I wasn't able to get him to smile for the camera, but I did get some cute pics without him crying... so I do believe this was a successful trip! After all the kids sat on his lap, we tried to take a picture with all the kids together... I wish someone would have been videotaping us trying to set them all up... it was hysterical!! I did get a picture with all 9 kids in it though.. they aren't all smiling, or sitting, or even looking at the camera... but they are ALL in the picture, and that is something we've never accomplished before!
