24 weeks and 3 days- Not too much to report this week... you always have your little arms and hands up by your face each time I get to see you so it's hard to get pictures these days. I love watching your little mouth open and close on the screen as you practice swallowing. Sometimes you stick your tongue out and try to put your hand in your mouth. I still haven't seen you actually get a thumb or part of your hand in your mouth as of yet... but I'm sure you'll figure it out!
25 weeks and 5 days- Your heart rate is holding steady in the 145-155 range. This week I had a tech who is obsessed with making sure you are in fact a girl each and every time she scans me. I keep trying to tell her we are convinced you are a girl, but she keeps checking none the less. This week she decided to take a picture of your private parts and then printed them for me. Mommy is hoping she doesn't have this tech again :)
26 weeks and 6 days- You wouldn't cooperate today for a nice 3D picture... every time the tech tried to get one, you'd smoosh your little face against my placenta and hide. I swear you know exactly what's going on out here sometimes :)
28 weeks and 3 days- Ok, so the 3D picture I posted is very creepy... but that's all the tech was able to get that day so that's all I had :( It was seriously scary and I'm not sure why she bother printing any...I also included a picture of my baby bump... it hasn't changed much since we took pictures a few weeks ago. For some reason you're growing like a weed but Mommy isn't! I think I've gained a total of 7 or 8 lbs. so far. I have a feeling they are going to try to fatten me up some more pretty soon :) Daddy and I scheduled your delivery at this appointment! You are due to deliver on July 15th at 9 am. Our favorite doctor, Dr. Witter, is being oh so kind and make sure he takes call that day so he can be the one that delivers you :)
29 weeks and 6 day- Just when I had lost hope on ever getting a good 3D picture of you, you gave us these!! You posed oh so nicely the other day for your sonogram pics, and cooperated while the tech measured all your major parts in order to figure out how big you were. You weighed in at 2 lbs. 15 oz. and are in the 27th percentile right now. I do also have to mention that your head measured small as well... 22nd percentile! This makes sense since we think that you might have Daddy's shaped head instead of a larger head like Mommy's side of the family. I also found out that you have hair already!! She said that it's short and just kind of wispy right now, but I'm sure 9 more weeks of cooking and you'll hopefully have a very nice head of hair just like your big brother did.
We are so looking forward to seeing who you look like!! In other news, you made Mommy have to stay in testing super long the other day because you decided to fall asleep in the middle of the test. I had to poke you a few times to wake you up again :)
You very much enjoy hanging out high up in my body towards my rib cage. There have been a few occasions where I haven't been able to sit down because you've had your feet wedged up under my ribs and it's hurt! Your new thing now is sticking your hands and fingers under my hip bone and then wiggling them around... it tickles!! You are very active at night while Mommy and Daddy sit on the couch and watch tv and the only thing that calms you down is when Daddy puts his hands on my belly. I think you like his hands because they are so much bigger than mine, and also warmer. Your big brother thinks you're great already and always gives you a kiss before I leave him at preschool :) We can't wait to meet you baby girl!!
