My baby is 3

Little things that you do... you crouch and balance on your toes instead of sitting down when you look at something, when I sit back and watch you you have the same mannerisms as your Daddy.  You remember things that I forget and remind me of them.  You are so insightful and the way you associate and connect things in your life is just so amazing to Daddy and I... sometimes we swear you're much older than 3.  Just the other day I told you that your toes were mine because I grew them.  You looked right at me and said "No Mommy, they are my toes... see, they are attached to me!"When I told you that Great Pap-pap's birthday was today you asked how old he was.  I told you he was 87 and you told me you were 3 and then asked if you could eat cake with him for his birthday.

You are still so kind and loving to others.  You hate when people cry or are upset.  If we are out somewhere and there is a baby crying, you want us to go find who it is so you can comfort them.  With that said... you love babies.  You are soft and gentle and speak in a whisper when you're around them.  You're careful and calm and love to hold their hands and kiss them and snuggle with them.  I love that when I'm holding a baby you aren't jealous, but instead want me to let you hold them too.

You still love your lovie, but are getting better at leaving him in the car or in your backpack at preschool.

You are very determined and persistent, when you don't get your way... you just keep trying and trying until someone gives in and gives you what you want, or you end up in timeout.

You have a temper and get quite fired up about things... Daddy and I are hoping you keep it in check when you start playing sports  :)

You call the elevator and alligator... lollipop is still lollihop sometimes as well.  Just the other

This is a post I meant to write back in April... and well, as usual, life got in the way and it was never completed.  With the start of preschool, I've been thinking more and more about how much my little man has grown up.

Oh my little Will... you have changed so much over these short three years.  You've even changed a ton since I started this post almost four months ago!

You are fearcily independent and love to do things on your own.  You are very outgoing and will talk to anyone, adult or child.  You are a good friend and you ask about your friends when you are not with them.

You
