During the Spring and Summer months Frederick City does what they call "First Saturday" downtown. All the shops stay open late, restaurants have specials, and there is always a ton of stuff to do for the kids. This past Saturday we headed downtown for their Eggstravaganza themed first saturday... we were not disappointed! We had an amazing time walking around making crafts, checking out shops, dancing to music, riding on trolley's, visiting with the Easter bunny (twice), and hunting for Easter eggs. We had so much fun we even decided to stay for dinner and try out a small bistro place called Proof which I've been wanting to try. The bistro was right across the street from a band that was playing the blues... and Will had a ball listening, dancing, and singing along to the music. We snagged a table outside so we could listen to the music... and Will was thrilled to be sitting near another table with a dog (we made many trips over to pet the dog). I think First Saturday is going to become a tradition in our house!
Will was more than thrilled to see the Easter bunny walking around the streets (this picture is for you Dad!!)
Truffles at the Candy Kitchen... yummmm

Stopping to throw some rocks... this ended quickly since he almost his my camera
Holding on to Aaron's leg during the trolley ride... I just love when he does stuff like that
