An afternoon outside

These pictures are from a few weeks ago when we had one of those nice afternoons.  Will was thrilled to go play outside with his chalk and draw on the driveway.  He also explored the yard, looked for the frog in our drain (there really is a frog that lives there), and acted silly for pictures in our side yard.  We had such a great time until he almost ran out in front of the UPS truck and then our fun had to end with a timeout inside.  When will my little red headed child ever learn...

Oh what this little bunny doesn't know...

My hydrangea's are blooming!!  Hopefully they will be moved to the other side of the house in the next month or so where there is less sun.

This is the stake that used to hold up one of the hydrangea bushes.  My child is now using it as everything but a stake to hold up the hydrangea bush.

First is was a ladder...

A microphone...

A baton...

And the final thing... a bat.  The poor cute bunny never knew what was coming...

Swing and a hit!

The poor piece of bunny chalk will never be the same...
