Sick update

Well after 7 days, and all three of us getting the dreaded stomach virus, we are finally starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Will has been sick off and on since this past Monday, and then Aaron and I got the stomach bug yesterday, both at the same time. Thankfully, my mom was able to come over and take care of Will (and even take him to the doctor because they were a little worried that he'd been sick for so long), and also take care of Aaron and I because we were both pretty much not able to get out of bed the entire day. Everyone is feeling much better today, and I'm starting to tackle the insane amount of laundry that I need to do yet again in order to sanitize stuff (by tonight my grand total of loads down since this past Monday will reach 14!!!... our water bill will never be the same), and I'm also started to clean and sanitize the house because seriously... I do NOT want us to get this thing again. Now all we have to worry about is getting some of our cushions replaced on our couch that Will decided to throw up on Christmas Eve night. Oh yes, instead of setting out cookies for Santa or sitting by the fire next to the Christmas tree we were steam cleaning our carpets and our couch in a feeble attempt to get ready for everyone coming over to celebrate the next day. And all I can do after all of this is take a deep breath... and say bring on 2009!!!!
