North Carolina

This past Thursday Aaron and I headed down to North Carolina for my friend Kim's wedding. We left a few days early and were lucky enough to get to visit (and stay with) my Aunt and Uncle in West End for a few days before heading to Greensboro for the wedding. We left our little guy at home with my Mom and Dad, so this was actually like a mini vacation for us... and a much needed one at that! We had such a great time with my Aunt and Uncle despite both Aaron and I having sinus infections (thanks Ron for hooking us up with some antibiotics!). Their house is so darn nice it felt like we were staying in a resort for two nights. They live on the water and have a small beach, their own dock, a huge deck and patio, fire pit, hot tub, and a ton of other amenities... we were half tempted to move in there!! I think we're going to have to take Will down next summer so he can go swimming and play in the sand and take his very first boat ride. Thank you Ron and Peg for having us and showing us such a great time!! We can't wait to visit again!

**And to top off our wonderful mini vacation... when we got home Will decided that he was going to start calling me Mama! He's been saying the word for a very long time now, but for some reason thought it was funny to say Dada every time I said Mama... but now he points to me and says Mama, and even says my name to get my attention now!!! **
