Down by the river

What a fun afternoon this was!! My friend Jana told me about a creek access point that wasn't marked on the trail map... and boy was it awesome! I ended up using this location for a few photo sessions later on in the fall, and it was perfect! We put water shoes on the kiddos so they could run around in the water. Jeremy and Will went out pretty far and were looking for frogs and other random bugs in the water. Alyssa was just excited to be walking in the water, and the two other girls were super cute on the shore hanging out. Aaron even tried his hand at some rock skipping and was trying to teach the kids how to do it. We ended the afternoon with some playground playtime then headed home with some very tired kiddos :)
