A couple weekends ago, we headed out to the Ciderworks Distillery near our house. I have a love/hate relationship with where we live because of how far away we are from conveniences... but it's times like this that I love being out in the country. This Distillary opened about 3 years ago, and this is the first time we've been able to make it out! Aaron and I were excited to try their hard cider recipes, and the kids were excited to pick apples and try the non-adult cider as well. I do believe Will finished a half gallon of samples all himself... and was totally enthralled with the cider making process. Alyssa just wanted to eat apples... shocking. The orchard was really really buggy so we only stayed in for about 5 minutes... long enough for me to nag everyone for pictures and grab a few apples. On our way into the orchard, we were stopped for a picture from the Brunswick Citizen! The kids stood together and smiled, and they collected some information from me, and they were in the paper this past week! I need to take a picture of the little picture and caption. Their 5 minutes of fame :)
