July 4th

We celebrated July 4th with two picnics this year!  First, we headed over to Matt's parents' house to do some swimming and barbecuing.  Will loves loves loves to swim, so it was a huge hit. We even got him out of the pool long enough to eat a huge plate of Frankie's homemade guacamole!

After our afternoon barbecue we headed over to my parent's house for yet another barbecue!  There was a ton of great food, lots of games to play, water balloons, and lots of lightening bugs to catch.  Of course it started raining as soon as Dad started lighting off the fireworks... but we all stuck it out and watched from under the car port patio while Chris and Dad got wet lighting everything  :)  Will was up super late again, but managed to sleep in a bit for us the next morning, which was very very nice.  The pictures are in reverse order of how we spent our day... just because I am too lazy to switch them to make them correct :)
