Blizzard 2009!!!

Wow, what a snow storm! What started out as an 8 inch prediction quickly turned into a little over 2 feet of snow!! The baby was mesmerized, the dog was in heaven, and Aaron and I felt tired just thinking about all the shoveling we were going to have to do in the next two days. This snow storm has been a lot of fun... we made cookies, drank cocoa, spent a lot of time outside sledding and just plain trying to walk through the drifts to make it down the street, and a ton of time as a family just hanging out. My house is a mess from all the wet snow we've all been dragging in, and I'm so tired from shoveling to even think about cleaning it up right now. But, all the presents are wrapped, I'm finished shopping for the most part, and we have no where we have to be!! Aka... we are still considering ourselves snow bound for the rest of the day... and maybe even tomorrow if Daddy's work is canceled :)

Dublin was beyond excited about the snow... he loves playing football in it. Aaron throws it, it gets lost in the snow and he dives down under the snow to retrieve it.

We went down to visit Katie for some sledding and snow fun... the poor kids couldn't even walk in the snow and Katie had to help Will up after he fell

Hanging out in the snow again and sled riding... we sled ride in the neighbors yard since they have an awesome hill... their dog sparky was not thrilled that we weren't paying attention to him :)
