It's no secret that Will loves his Daddy. When Aaron is home he follows him around, wants to do everything he's doing, and mimics him constantly. So it would stand to reason that even when Aaron does something we'd prefer Will doesn't do, he's still going to do it "because Daddy does it."
Fence climbing is the new trick Will has learned from watching Aaron retrieve balls that have been knocked over our backyard fence. And of course he doesn't think it's bad to climb the fence... because Daddy does it. We have tried over and over again to explain to him that climbing the fence is dangerous, but he just won't budge in his thinking and always says "I do good job!" while he's climbing because he wants us to tell him he climbs the fence just like Daddy. So instead of yelling at him I've taken to letting him climb to the top, and then scooping him up and putting him back on the ground again thirty times until he's tired of climbing and is ready to go inside. I love that Will wants to be just like his Daddy :)
