I'll drive Mom!!

Lately when Will and I head out for the morning I've been letting him walk down the steps to the garage and out to the car by himself (well not by himself, I'm walking beside him, just not carrying him). I've started doing this finally because his is finally starting to listen and follow me when we are out places, or near streets... he has had issues in the past with darting and running away from me in places where it isn't safe, so he hasn't been given the privilege of walking by himself for some time now. But, he's been doing better, so we've started allowing him to walk more places. Anyway, back to my story... I let him into the garage and opened the car doors to load some stuff in, and I turn around and the little monkey had crawled into the passenger side of the car and then into the drivers seat and was "driving" the car!! He was so pleased with himself, and even picked up my set of keys to put in the ignition (which by the way, I had no idea he knew they went there). With some encouraging he finally crawled into the backseat and into his car seat so we could head out for the day. He's such a silly man!!
