On Sunday we headed down to Laurel to spend the morning with Aaron's parents and have some lunch, then we headed over to the Eastern shore to spend the afternoon and evening with Aaron's grandparents. Will had a great time running around Nana and Grand-dad's house and checking out all the new things he could get in to. He also got to open all his presents from his family in New York (It was like an entire other Christmas for him!). He decided he didn't want to sleep in the car on the way to the Eastern shore in the afternoon, but was a trooper and rallied for the visit and had a great time at his Great Mom mom and Pop pop's house. He LOVES playing outside there and asked to go out almost immediately after we got there. They have such a great yard for him to run around in, and they have a basketball hoop! Plus I got to use my camera outside... it's been so long since I've taken pics of Will outside, and I can definitely say the pictures always come out better when there is natural light. After we visited for awhile, we decided to go out to dinner at Cracker Barrel. Will slept in the car for about a half an hour while we waited for a table and then was pretty darn well behaved during dinner and did pretty good on the 1.5 hour ride home. The little guy didn't get to bed till 9 last night... but I do have to say, it was very nice sleeping in this morning since he was up so late last night :)

I am a former Elementary school teacher turned stay at home mom. I have an almost 8 year old son and 3 year old daughter who somehow manage to keep me busier than my class of 25 third graders ever did. I love reading, writing, and after purchasing my first Nikon SLR three years ago... have fallen in love with photography and now have a small photography business called Lollihop Photography. This blog is mainly about my little ones... but I occasionally get a word in here and there.
