RennFest {2014)

What an awesome time we had this year at Rennfest! This was the first year we've taken the kids... and I'm so glad that we did! We got there really early and went to the kids area first with the big slide and the rock climbing wall. Will was eager to try his hand at the wall, but got nervous about half way up on the medium side and had to come down. There wasn't a line, so they hooked him up to the easy side and he scaled right up to the top! Alyssa, not wanting to be left out, got harnessed up and climbed also! We figured she'd get nervous as soon as she started, but she made it 1/3 of the way up before she was ready to come down. Talk about a fearless three year old!  We ended our time there with a lot of frozen lemonades, wooden swords, and a great show by the balancing team (which also contained some really funny adult humor).  I think we will definitely go back again next year... next time we are hoping for a little cooler weather though.
