Alyssa's big girl bed!

Such a big day for Alyssa! We were really nervous how she would do in her new big girl bed... but I'm pretty sure you can figure out how well she did by the giant smiles on her face. It was slightly traumatic for me taking the crib down since we will never have another one in this house again... sniff sniff. But we turned it into a full size bed for the guest room which made it a bit easier. Alyssa informed the family once her new bed arrived that the only person allowed in her bed... was the dog. And here we are several months later... and it's a very rare occasion when one of us gets invited to lay down next to her in her big girl bed. She loves the thing!
