Evening at the park

Yesterday evening Piper and Jess came over to celebrate my b-day with cupcakes and dinner. Jess and I decided that since it was such a nice day outside we'd take the kids to the park for a bit until it got dark outside. The kids as usual had a blast playing together... Piper loves to chase after Will all the while calling out his name and mimicking his actions and what he says... it doesn't get much more adorable than that! The kids went on the swings, ran around, played peek-a-boo and went down the slide... and all the while Jess and I were taking turns with the camera... I think we came up with some great shots of the kids. Unfortunately they never stay in one place long, so there aren't that many of them together, and it took me half an hour to get a pic of Will standing still while smiling. I love shooting little Ms. Piper because she stands there cheesing for you until you've taken a few shots then she goes and plays again... thank you for cooperating Piper!! There were so many cute pics taken yesterday evening I couldn't pick just a few, so this post once again is going to be pic heavy... shocking I know. We ended the evening with some dinner and cupcakes and Beth even was able to join us! Will also decided that he was going to start saying some words tonight and busted out with Beth, Piper, Jessica, and twinkle all within 5 minutes of each other... what the heck!! Thank you ladies for coming over to hang out and celebrate my b-day with me!!
