New York trip part 1

We got back Monday evening from our wonderful four day trip to New York to visit family and also to celebrate Barbara and Lloyd's 50th wedding anniversary. I took several hundred pictures, so between sifting through all of those and the enormous amounts of laundry and cleaning I had to do after getting back, this post has had to wait a bit. I split the trip into two posts because of the insane amount of pictures, and instead of writing about the trip, I'll go ahead and let the pictures and captions do the talking for me. But before I start with pictures, I would like to say that our little man was a crazy good traveler. He was amazing for the 6 hours on the way up... needing to stop only twice... once for food, and once to just run some energy off. And on the way back we only needed to stop twice as well! Once for food, and once to visit the Bass Pro shop to run off some energy.... which was a great great choice since we stopped at the largest Bass Pro in the country and they have a gigantic fish tank that he fell in love with the second we walked through the door.. but that's a separate story. He even slept great and had no complaints about sleeping in his pack n' play in a strange room. He did great with all the family, and loved being the center of attention... shocking I know. Thanks so much to Barbara and Lloyd for hosting us... and all our stuff!! Here are the pics from everything but the 50th anniversary party. As soon as Aaron can burn these to a cd for me all these pics will be in the mail to you Karen!
