Bubble mower

So I finally took Will's bubble mower out of the box that he got for his birthday over a month ago... yes, I know, it's about time huh? Anyway, Will took it for his first test spin outside today and absolutely loved it! And when I say love it, I mean screamed bloody murder when I took him back inside after playing with it for over half an hour. He mowed the lawn, and the sidewalk, and the driveway, and he even mowed Keefer and Anders driveway as well. He did take a break however to chase the neighbors cat, and to play sidewalk chalk with Keefer and Anders. It's so weird seeing him act like a toddler instead of a baby. No more sitting around on the floor crawling to get what he wants. He's now ready to spend large amounts of time at the playground and at neighbors homes playing with other children. And he's actually starting to "play" with other kids, not just play along side them. My little baby is growing up!! Who would have thought I'd get all choked up over a simple evening of my son playing with a bubble mower.
