Big kid park

They finally completed the brand new huge playground in our development. We are very thankful because now we have a full size playground within walking distance of our house! It's been very crowded since it opened last week, but we headed over there early Friday morning around 9 with Katie and Steve, and we had the whole place to ourselves! Will loved running around with Katie, and even got up the courage to crawl through the tunnel after Mommy stuffed herself through it once to give him some courage. They don't have baby swings there, but he loved sitting on my lap swinging back and forth on the big boy swings... I love how he just leans back and closes his eyes and grins as he swings. Katie even brought him a popsicle back to the playground after she had to leave to go potty... that was his first popsicle ever and he had no idea what to do with it, but he got the hang out it quickly... he tends to do that with food! After the park we headed to downtown Brunswick for a bit and did a little shopping at the Book Crossing, and also had lunch at Beans in the Belfry. When we got back, Katie came back over and the little ones went swimming together for a bit before both of them had to go down for some much needed naps.
